The neighborhood community of Xavier Court is located in West Bloomington off of Xavier Road just south of Old Shakopee Road. Xavier is a small cul-de-sac community featuring great homes for sale and family friendly community. The neighborhood also offers a scenic wooded environment, full of mature trees, and a quiet neighborhood atmosphere. Other schools in the area include Ridgeview Elementary School, Olsen Middle School, Thomas Jefferson HIgh School, and Bethany Academy.
